Housing Loan Requirements


PAG-IBIG FINANCING REQUIREMENTS:

A. For Working In The Philippines (Local)

Upon Tripping/Reservation

    - Any 2 of Govt. ID (SSS, BIR, Passport, Drivers License, etc.)
    - Company ID
    - Proof of Billing (Latest Paid Meralco/Maynilad/Post paid Phone Bill)
    - Latest One Month Payslip
    - Reservation Fee (If in case nagustuhan natin ang unit)

Ang sumusunod naman po ay to follow nalang, approximately 30 days after ng reservation, or as perrequired by the developer,


    -ESAV (Employees Statement of Accumulated Value (print out of contribution)
    -Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS)
    -Four (4) pcs. 1×1 and 2x2 ID picture
    -Notarized Contract or COEC (Certificate of Employment with Compensation)
    -Income Tax Return (ITR)
    -Cedula
    -Birth certificate
    -Marriage contract (if married)
    -Post Dated Checks

B. Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW)

Upon Tripping/Reservation

    - Any 2 of Govt. ID (SSS, BIR, Passport, Drivers License, etc.)
    - Company ID
    - Proof of Billing sa Pinas (Latest Paid Meralco/Maynilad/Post paid Phone Bill)
    - Copy of Valid Cobtract / Certificate of Employment with Compensation
    - Reservation Fee (If in case nagustuhan natin ang unit)

Yung representative ito po ang kailangan

    - Any 2 of Government Issued Valid ID (SSS, PRC, Passport, Drivers License, etc.)

Ang sumusunod naman po ay to follow na lang, approximately 30 days after ng reservation, or as perrequired by the developer,

    - Copy of Passport
    - Contract Of Employment (Attested by Pag-Ibig Branch Abroad)or Latest Certificate of Employment with Compensation (Attested by Pag-Ibig Branch Abroad)  
     - Official Receipt
    - Four (4) pcs. 1×1 and 2x2 ID picture
    - Consularized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) form -(provided by developer of Consulate)
    - Birth certificate or Marriage contract (if married)
    - Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS)
    - ESAV (Employees Statement of Accumulated Value (print out of contribution)
    - Post dated checks - Si Representative na ang mag aaply nito sa Pilipinas

C. For Self-employed

    PAG-IBIG (print out of contribution)
    Business permit
    DTI
    ITR (income tax return) w/ financial statement
    Four (4) pcs. 1×1 ID picture
    Cedula
    Birth certificate
    Marriage contract (if married)
    Any Govt. ID (SSS, BIR, Passport, Drivers License, etc.)
    Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS)
    Post dated checks
    Proof of billing

IN-HOUSE FINANCING REQUIREMENTS:

    Proof of income (pay slip)
    ITR (Financial Statement)
    Cedula
    4pcs ID Picture (1×1)
    Birth Certificate
    Marriage Contract (if married)
    Proof of Billing
    Post Dated Checks
